What to do if you have an issue with Discounts or Cashback

Issue with Discounts

If you have an issue with a discount you have received through the Financial Wellbeing app, please ensure you have read the full Terms and Conditions that can be found on the brand offer page within the Financial Wellbeing app. If you don’t adhere to the rules within the T&Cs, you may be ineligible for the discount.

Please also take note that for some offers, just clicking the link through to the brand website doesn’t guarantee the offer has worked and has been accepted. You may need to actually enter an offer code at the checkout or access specific offer sections of the website to be eligible for the discount. It is your responsibility to ensure the discount has been applied before paying for the goods. If you have further questions, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support team.

Rejected Cashback

Unfortunately, we do not get any visibility of why cashback may get rejected as this is performed by the retailer where you made your purchase. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • The purchase was canceled or refunded.

  • The product wasn't eligible for cashback (this will be outlined in the T&Cs).

  • Cookies weren't accepted when prompted so we can't track it.

  • Multiple cashback sites were used and the Wagestream app wasn't the last one.

  • The purchase was made via the retailer's app rather than via their website so we can't track it.

  • Other breaches of T&Cs.

If you have further questions regarding discounts and cashback, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support Team.

NOTE: If you believe there is an issue, it may be that this is related to either the brand you purchased your goods from or the affiliate agency whom we work with to offer the deals - in these cases, we may need to redirect you to them to resolve your issue.

Issue with Goods Purchased

Unfortunately, the Financial Wellbeing team are unable to support any questions related to goods purchased.

If you have an issue with the goods or services, you will need to reach out to the supplier of these goods directly. To do this, you will need to go back to the brand website that you physically purchased the goods on and search for their Contact Us (or similar) page to reach out to their team.
