Discounts and cashback is the feature in the Financial Wellbeing app where you can find offer codes and custom savings for a number of online retailers. On top of this, you can earn as you spend; by making purchases using the links within the app, you have the ability to earn cashback (terms and conditions apply). 

Please note, this may not be live for everyone as we are rolling this out gradually.

This product is free to use and can be found in the Hub (lower right corner on the bottom navigation bar), under 'Everyday savings' (second row).

🛍️ How to use discounts:

• Go to discounts and browse the available brands and offers.

• If a brand has multiple offers or discounts available, you will go to a brand-specific page where you can browse the full list of available offers.

NOTE: ‘Codes’ are where a custom discount code is available and needs to be entered during checkout on the brand website. ‘Deals’ are any promotions or deals being offered by the brand with no requirement for entering a code.

• Once you have identified a deal or discount offer that you would like to use, tap it and you be shown some final details including the offer expiry date, estimated cashback payment timeline, code (if applicable) and terms & conditions for the offer.

• To proceed, click ‘Shop Now’ which will take you to the retailer site where you can purchase the products available.

NOTE: 

• You must accept cookies if prompted on the retailer site and you will need to make the purchase within 1 day.
• You cannot pay for products directly from your Financial Wellbeing account.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your discount has been applied in your basket before purchasing the goods.

💸 Cashback

To be eligible for cashback you must have an open Build pot within the Financial Wellbeing app. This will allow us to provide you with any cashback you earn via the discounts section of the Financial Wellbeing app. You must also ensure you accept cookies when prompted on the retailer website otherwise any eligible cashback will not be tracked.

Additionally, please ensure you make purchases via the retailer website and you do not make your purchase using a gift card (which includes anything purchased in the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Financial Wellbeing app.

❓How does it work?

For most of our offers, the retailers we work with will give us a small amount of commission when someone uses Wagestream to make a purchase. We also have some brands that pay for additional advertising but we make sure we only pick the best brands with the best offers to show you. In many cases, we pass on all of the commission we earn to you as cashback, helping your money go even further.
