Ways to register with the Financial Wellbeing app

There are many ways to register with the Financial Wellbeing app, and these are determined by who your employer is. In most cases, you will receive an email from us or another communication from your employer with instructions on how to proceed. Please see the different ways to register below:

NOTE: The email address you use for the app cannot be an email address that you share with another person (e.g. a partner or spouse). Each user must have their own individual email account.

📧 Registration with a login link or PIN

If you have received a single sign-on email from the Financial Wellbeing app that invites you to register with a login button:

  • Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’.

  • Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’.

This email address must be the same as the one you received your invitation email from the Financial Wellbeing app.

  • You will shortly receive an email from us on your mobile device - tap the ‘Sign in’ button. 

NOTE: This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

  • You will automatically log you on and be directed to the app Terms and Conditions which you must accept to complete your registration application.

If the 'Sign in' button on your email isn't working, you can use the PIN as an alternative:

  • On your app, tap ‘I want to use my PIN’ and enter the 6-digit PIN that is displayed in your email (making sure you are using the newest one if you have requested multiple PINs)

  • This will log you on and you will be directed to the app Terms and Conditions which you must accept to complete your registration application.

📧 Registration with a temporary password

If you have received an email from the Financial Wellbeing app that invites you to register with a temporary password.

  • Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’.

  • Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’.

This email address must be the same as the one you received your invitation email from us.

  • You will shortly receive an email from us on your mobile device - make a record of your login credentials provided. 

NOTE: This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

  • On your app, enter the temporary password provided in the email and tap ‘Enrol me’.

  • You will then be asked to set a new password to replace the temporary password provided by us. Update this and continue.

  • You will then be directed to the app Terms and Conditions which you must accept to complete your registration application.

📲 Registration with Fourth

If your employer is partnered with Fourth, you will need to use the Fourth app in order to register with the Financial Wellbeing app.

NOTE: Depending on your employer, this app may be referred to by a different name such as KITbag, Kingdom or Engage.

  • Ensure you have the Financial Wellbeing app downloaded

  • Open the Fourth App on your mobile device and log in

  • In the navigation menu, select the Financial Wellbeing app icon and tap ‘Open the Financial Wellbeing app’

  • You should automatically be redirected to the app where you will see the option to ‘Enrol me’. Tap this to continue.

  • Accept the app Terms and Conditions to complete your registration application.
