How can I register if I didn't receive an invite?

NOTE: If your employer has not yet signed up to the Financial Wellbeing app, your company will not be recognised in the steps below. If this happens, please email sales@wagestream.com and we will reach out to them.

  • Open the app and tap ‘Log in / Sign up’.

  • Enter your email address and tap ‘Next’.

This email address must be the same as the one on record with your employer

  • Type the name of your employer into the search box, select it and tap ‘Next’ 

  • Depending on your company, you will be asked to enter some or all of the following information below: 

    • Full Name

    • Payroll/Employee ID (This number can be found on your payslip and must be an exact match)

    • Last 4 Digits of Bank Account Number (Ensure you are entering the last four digits of your 8-digit account number, not the 16-digit debit card number)

    • Postcode

    • Date of Birth

  • Once complete, tap ‘Save’.

Once your employer has verified your details, you will receive an email with your login credentials. This process can take up to 7 days. Once complete, follow the instructions - Ways to register with the Financial Wellbeing app
