How long Is the registration & enrolment process?

⏱️ It takes less than 5 minutes to register your details with the Financial Wellbeing app. 

📆 Once you have completed this part of the process, a few items need to be actioned behind the scenes before your enrolment is complete. This is frequently completed within 1 to 3 business days but can take up to two weeks, depending on the company you work for.

📧 We will send you an email once your enrolment is finalised, at which point you will be able to access the app.

NOTE: You may not be able to Stream immediately after enrolment as we require your employer to send us your shift/salary data. If this data hasn't been receieved, we will be unable to show your earnings which will mean you won't be able to Stream. If you believe this is impacting you, please speak with your employer to ensure they have correctly approved and sent us your shifts/salary data.

What do I do if my enrollment hasn't been completed?

If you've been waiting over the expected timeframe for your enrollment, you'll need to reach out to your employer and check the below:

  • Do they have correct and valid banking details on file for you? If not, your employer will need to update this for you.
  • Is your employer sending over your banking details to us correctly? They can reach out to us directly if they need to check this.

  • Is it less than 3 days before payday? If you enroll too close to payday, your enrollment won't be approved until the business day after payday. This is due to your employer having already processed BACs payments with your full salary to your banking provider. Since Wagestream gives you access to your wages as you earn them, we cannot finalise enrolment during this period.  
  • Do you meet the company eligibility requirements? If not, your enrollment will not be processed.

  • Have you since handed in your notice or gone on leave? If so, it's unlikely your enrollment will be processed.
