Why are my bank details changing?

🏦 By enrolling in the Financial Wellbeing app, a new account with separate banking details is created on your behalf as part of the standard enrolment process. This is so we can send transfers and salary payments to your personal banking account, including through the Build feature (if applicable).

If your employer gives you access to an employee self-service portal, you may be able to see these details changing during the enrolment process. The banking sort code you should see is 040072 - this may show as a Modulr account which is normal. 

This does not change the personal banking details you have on file with payroll and it will not change where you receive your salary on payday.

Please do not change these details, or it will cause your account to be disabled.

Once your bank details have been finalised, we will send you an email letting you know that your enrolment is complete.
