📃 Your employer enters into a contract with Financial Wellbeing for us to provide our services to its employees – you.

We obtain your data directly from your employer on the basis of this contract and also the Terms of Service accepted by you when enrolling with the app.

We will also ask you for some personal information when you enrol, to ensure that we comply with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules set by the government.  You can read more about that in this article: Why does the Wagestream app need my personal data?
