How do I reopen my Financial Wellbeing account?

You can reopen your account anytime via the Financial Wellbeing app!

Simply log in, tap Re-Open account, and then Confirm account reopening.

You'll then go through the enrollment process once more to reactivate your account. That process can take up to 7 business days depending on your employer.

If your account was closed for another reason (e.g., you handed in your notice), the option to reopen won't be available. In this case, you’ll need to speak directly with your employer to reactivate your account with Financial Wellbeing. We do not have the ability to reactivate your account if initiated by your employer.
