How do I change my banking or personal details?

NOTE: To protect the security of your account, we rely entirely on the information your employer sends to us. We do not have the ability to change any of your personal information.

ℹ️ To change any personal information associated with your account (banking details, email address, last name, postcode, etc.), you will need to update these details with your employer. This is to help protect your account.

🏦 To verify whether you have the correct banking details on file with the Financial Wellbeing app, you can view this in the Profile tab of the app under Bank accounts.

If you're unsure about how to update this information or how long until it will be reflected in your Financial Wellbeing account (typically anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks), please reach out to your line manager for assistance. They will know what to do!
