Am I eligible to join the Financial Wellbeing app?

ℹ️ Every employer has different criteria that define whether you are eligible to access the app or not.

If you are unable to successfully register with the app, it may be that you are not eligible for the service. Some common reasons for this are:

  • You are a pensioner
  • You are a leaver or have handed in your notice
  • You are under the age of 18

Other rules may apply so if you are unclear, please reach out to your employer to understand if you are eligible.

🏦 Is my bank compatible with the Financial Wellbeing app?

Most banks and building societies are compatible with the Financial Wellbeing service.

To use the app, your bank account must: 

  • Be compatible with Faster Payments.
  • Have a unique sort code and account number.
    • Some building society accounts have shared account and sort codes with individual reference numbers for each person's account. These types of bank accounts are not eligible for the service.
