• No matter the amount you choose to stream, each stream incurs a small convenience fee which you can see at the bottom of your Stream page. 
• These fees will also be displayed on your Stream history and your Salary Statements.
• These stream fees are the only cost to use the Financial Wellbeing app, unless you choose to purchase optional services, such as gift cards*.
• Features such as tracking your earned wages, financial education, or Build pots are available* to users at no charge.

*Depending on the terms of the partnership between your employer and the Financial Wellbeing app, some features may not be available to all users.

NOTE: Our mission is to provide fair financial services. If the fees you are charged in a given pay period exceed our fair use policy, we may apply a discretionary refund to a portion of your streaming fees. This will be a credit applied to your Salary Statement which you can view every payday by heading to your Track page and tapping Salary.
