Your Build Pot is designed to be a rainy-day fund achieved by contributing funds directly from your salary. All funds need to be transferred directly from your paycheck on payday and contributions can't be sent into your Pot manually.

There are a few different ways to contribute to your Build Pot. Details of each can be found below:

🧱 Basic Building Blocks

Available to all employees, this feature allows you to select a goal and an amount to set aside every payday. 

The Financial Wellbeing app will calculate the date that you will reach your goal and will automatically stream your contribution from your salary on payday. 

🪙 Build the Pennies

This is only available to hourly employees and lets you choose to round down your earnings to the nearest pound. The remaining pennies will then be transferred into your Build pot on payday.

💸 Stream and Build

Available to all employees, this feature allows you to select a small amount of your earnings to automatically move to your Build pot every time you Stream. These funds will then be available in your Pot come payday.

Example: If you access £25.00 from your account, the amount you select (e.g. £2) will also go into your pot on payday along with any other contributions you choose to make.
