Setting up / editing limits

⚙️ Limits can be found in your Profile under ‘Stream Settings’

Limits are applied in 2 ways:

  1. Employer set maximum limits

  2. Personal limits

⬆️ Employer set maximum limits

These limits may include:

Percentage limits: This is the maximum % of your earned gross wages you will be able to access. Typically this percentage is between 30% to 50% depending on your employer.

Maximum stream limit: This is the total amount you can stream during a given pay period, regardless of any other limits.

Single stream limit: The maximum amount that can be transferred in a single stream.

Maximum number of Streams in one pay period: Your employer may limit you to a set number of streams per pay period. Please note that this will reset on the first day of each pay period, which depending on your pay schedule, may be different to your payday

As these limits are decided upon by your employer, you won't be able to go over them and these can't be amended.

⬆️ Personal limits

Within your Employer's maximum limits, you can also set up personal limits on your account by using the sliders. If you do change any of your limits, remember to tap Save settings to apply your changes.

🔓 Locking Limits

If you wish to lock your limits you can do so by tapping Lock all stream settings. From here, you can add a timeframe for your lock as well as a reason before tapping Save settings to apply your changes.

If you want to unlock these settings at a later stage, simply tap the Unlock Settings button and type the word "unlock" where prompted.
