Your payslip is issued by your employer, so it won’t reflect any Financial Wellbeing  activity. This means the amount on your payslip might not match what you receive in your bank account on payday.

To see the full picture, you'll need to check your Salary Statements in the Financial Wellbeing  app. Just go to the Track page and tap the Salary box to view your Salary History. Each paycheck breakdown includes:

• Your net earnings from your employer
• Any reconciliations from previous streams or Gift Card purchases*
• Any Contributions to your Build Pot*
• The final amount sent to your bank account

*Depending on the terms of the partnership between your employer and the Financial Wellbeing app, some features may not be available to all users.
