How to log in / out

NOTE: You must enter the email address that was used to register your Financial Wellbeing account.

In order to work out which email address you used to register with Financial Wellbeing, use the search field in all of your different email accounts to search for ‘Financial Wellbeing’. If you have any emails from us in the past, it is likely that this email account is the one that you need to log in with.

📲 Once you have your correct email, there are 3 different ways to log in to the app depending on your employer:

  1. 🔐 With a password login:

  • Open the Financial Wellbeing app.

  • Tap ‘Login/ Sign up’ and enter your email address.

  • Enter your Password.

  • Tap Log in.

  1. 📧 With authentication via your email:

  • Open the Financial Wellbeing app.

  • Tap ‘Login/ Sign up’ and enter your email address.

  • We will send an email to your email address - please open this on your mobile device (this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive). You have 2 options here:

    • Tap the ‘Confirm login’ button and you will be taken back to the app where you will be logged in

    • Record the one-time 6 digit PIN in the email and go back to the app where you can tap the ‘Use PIN code instead’ and enter your PIN to log in.

  1. 📲 With SSO (not applicable for all employers):

  • If your employer uses Fourth or another SSO provider, you'll need to sign in to Financial Wellbeing through your Fourth app. Once logged in, simply press the Financial Wellbeing icon and it will take you back to the app.

  • Your employer may use another app for all benefits/ payroll information and it is possible that you should access Financial Wellbeing via this tool. It will vary on a case-by-case basis so please reach out to your employer if you have any questions on this.

➡️ To log out of the app:

  • Select your profile by tapping the top right corner of Track or Hub

  • Go to ‘Account settings’

  • Tap ‘Log out’

  • Confirm
