How to contact the support team

📚 If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the Help Centre, please log in to the Financial Wellbeing app (where possible) and review the articles there.

📲 Articles within the app are more detailed and can show you specific content to your account.

✍️ If you still have a question, please raise a ticket with the Customer Support team - they are a friendly bunch and here to help!

NOTE: We do not offer live chat or phone support. The support team answers queries in the order they are received. Opening more than 1 conversation with the team will cause a delayed response.

To contact the support team you will need to log into your app, find the link to support in the contact section of the Help Centre, and raise a ticket. This is the quickest route into support.

If you are unable to log into the app, you can reach out to the support team via email at  support@financialwellbeing.webitrent.com but please be aware that emails may take us longer to respond.
