How does Financial Wellbeing partner with third-party services?

The Financial Wellbeing app is powered by Wagestream. Wagestream is dedicated to supporting you along the path towards financial wellbeing. To do this, they sometimes offer access to third-party products and services whose missions are in line with our own.

We always want you to feel empowered and confident about using Wagestream so we want to be transparent with you about how these features work and the benefits they offer.

By offering some of these services, Wagestream, Wagestream IS Limited or Wagestream Financial Service UK Ltd get paid by some of the partners we work with, and the way we get paid depends on the type of product or service you buy through us.

Fixed Fees

For some products and services (e.g. broadband switching), our partners pay us a fixed fee when you use their service.

Our fee does not have any effect on the way we show you your options on results pages and does not affect the price you pay under your agreement with the partner.

Commission Fees

For some products and services (e.g. vouchers), our partners may pay us a commission fee when you use their service.

The commission may be a percentage of the total cost of the product you buy. Different providers pay commission at different rates, but this will never affect the price you pay under your agreement with the partner.

Note:

  • No payment is required in order to use many of the core aspects of our service, such as tracking your shifts for budgeting purposes, setting aside a rainy-day fund with our Build pots, or financial tips and education through the Coach feature.

  • Streaming only costs the standard flat fee per transfer.

  • You are never required to use or purchase any of these third-party services in order to maintain access to the app.
