To close your account, please log into your account and follow these steps:

Profile > Account Settings > Close and terminate account

Then follow the steps on the screen to confirm you want to close your account down.

NOTE: Closing your account will not cause shifts to refresh or your enrolment process to speed up. Please be aware that if you decide to reopen your account again in the future, you will need to re-enrol which can take up to 14 days.
