There may be times your employer mistakenly pays you directly on payday, rather than passing your salary through the Financial Wellbeing app. In this situation, you may end up with a negative balance on your account which will cause your transfers to be disabled and prevent you from accessing any future earned wages. This issue will resolve itself automatically on the next successful paycheck sent to your Financial Wellbeing account.
